Welcome to Thailand and Bangkok Classic Car. We are happy to have a restorer as a member in our community. What kind of job you are looking for and where are you residing? I am quite certain that there is a huge difference in nature of classic car restorer between here and where you came from (NZ?).

Do you want to start up a bodyshop specialized in classic car restoring or just looking for a job in bodyshop?

The rate shop owner pay for body repair guy in NZ is probably about $40-50 buck per hour. Here in Thailand I paid my body repair guy $23 a day.  :-!

....Yes in NZ where I work, I restored the car as the original factory condition, making the parts by hand and used max.

If I can find the workshop that need my job..I am happy to share my experience....but for the future would prefer to have my standard

Wish you well Patty. Hope you find a place to work your magic.  :good:

Please check back here when you're in Bangkok. We should have an event in March. It would be nice to know you in person.
